After more than 30 years as registered nurse and mother, Pam completed her ARNP training at the University of Washington.
Pam’s passion for understanding the lifestyle component of disease was stirred by an unexplained illness in one of her own children. Being reassured that the extensive workups concluded there was no pathology, she was able to prove her child’s illness was indeed caused by a lifestyle disorder. Following that challenge, Pam developed a successful career coaching patients to intervene on their illness by adopting a healthier lifestyle. In addition to continuing her lifestyle education in her primary care practice, she also specializes in Women’s Health.
