Established Patients

All appointments are made by calling our office at 253.851.1560.

The review of findings appointment is at least 2 weeks after your intake and completing your lab work. You’ll return for a visit to review your results and other information we’ve gathered we’ve gathered to map out your Walck to Wellness program. At this appointment, we will summarize the findings with your personalized “Road Map” to health. This will allow you to keep your eyes on the big picture, and not get confused with all the components we are addressing.

Follow up appointments. Frequency and timing of follow up visits will be determined together by you and the clinicians. Generally, these appointments are 20-30 minutes in duration. Usually these appointments are to review lab work or track progress with weight loss.

If you are coming to us for weight loss, this appointment will generally be in combination with a Body Composition Analysis. Body Composition Analysis analyzes the three compartments of your body, which are your body water, body fat and  body lean (your working tissues).  For this test, remember you should be fasting and no exercise for 4 hours and in addition, no alcohol on the day of the test.

If you are scheduling to review lab work, you must get your lab work done 2 weeks prior to the appointment. For your convenience, we now offer LabCorp services in our Gig Harbor office.

If you missed your lab window of opportunity, or cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel and reschedule ASAP to free up the appointment time for another patient.
